Recruitment Policy is very important step in the recruitment process of Educator's Jobs in Punjab Province . There are total 46,374 vacant posts of Elementary School Teachers for provision of at least four teachers in standalone primary schools.

* The lower age limit for these posts is 20 Years and upper age limit for  these posts is 30 Years.

* The District Education Officers ( Male & Female )are the appointing authorities for the Elementary School Teachers and Senior Elementary School Teachers. The Executive District Officer will be the appointing authority for AEO's .

* The Passing marks For Educators = 50%
* The Passing marks For AEOs = 60%

* 5% Seats in each category will be reserved  for minorities.




*   Ranking Criteria :-

   For Educators :
   Interview  : 05 Marks
    Professional Qualification : 05 Marks
    Marks Allocated For Educational Qualification : 58 Marks
    Matric = 13 Marks
    Inter    = 15 Marks
    Graduation   = 15 Marks
    Master  = 15 Marks
    Local Residence  : 12 Marks
    Test : 20 Marks
    Total   = 100 Marks

For AEOs :
Interview   : 05 Marks
Professional Qualification : 05 Marks
Marks Allocated For Educational Qualification : 60 Marks
Matric = 15 Marks
Inter    = 15 Marks
Graduation   = 15 Marks
Master   = 15 Marks
Test      : 30 Marks
Total   = 100 Marks
